How long does it take to get my store?
About a minute. Provisioning runs in the background: you pick a plan and an address, and the store — database, catalogue and admin account — is built while you wait on a page that refreshes itself.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the Pro and Business plan. Every store also keeps its saas.botble.com address, which always works.
Is my data separate from other stores?
Yes. Each store gets its own database — products, orders and customers are never mixed with anyone else's, and your store can be exported or moved on its own.
Do I have to start with demo products?
No. A themed catalogue is offered so you have something to edit instead of an empty screen, but you can choose to start completely empty, and you can delete the demo content at any time.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your store keeps serving while the trial runs (14 days). If no subscription is active when it ends, the storefront is paused and your admin stays reachable — nothing is deleted at that point.
What if a payment fails?
The store keeps serving for 14 days while the payment is retried, so one failed charge never takes a shop offline. After that the storefront is paused until billing is sorted out.
What happens if I cancel?
The storefront stops serving and the store's data is kept for 30 days so you can change your mind or take an export. After that window the database is deleted permanently.
